Wingless flying cars are not the problem you think because we automatically assume gravity has to be defined => it does not. What is needed is a lightweight craft. The mortal enemy of flying cars [+ anti-gravity and interstellar space flight] is (1) heavy fuel tanks + (2) heavy fuel that also then equals (3) heavy compressed oxygen in (4) more heavy O2 tanks. Alright, so when a craft is propelled by ugh propulsion fuels, what "dominoes" have been put in motion? Heavy tanks demand a superstrong alloy [also v/heavy] metal frame spaceship. This is the:
Propulsion rockets therefore domino into a super heavy spaceship~flying car. Gravity is stronger closer to the ground therefore if the craft lifts off the ground it can go all the way [galloping past Pluto]. Using reverse engineering then, once we dispense needing heavy fuel the killer domino heavy tanks & thick-metal space craft requirements all disappear, leaving a very lightweight spacecraft that also makes one great flying car in near-earth flight space. In short, when the one is solved -scrap the propulsion- they are all solved. Sufficient Lift at ground equals plenty Lift higher up.
Propulsion engines use the principle of Action-Reaction. Fuel burns out the rocket exhaust so that the craft moves the opposite direction. This is so yesterday and has to go. Scrap the fuel tanks and propulsion rockets (and Space-X). Such engines that only perform one function needs to be replaced by an engine that does several functions at once. There is a better way => two back-to-back electrical solenoids firing in opposite directions makes for zero recoil + a doubled force reaction away from each other.
In front of each moving solenoid is a metal ball that are fired cannon-style into a waiting curved arm, two of them one on each side catching the balls coming to them at a combined speed that exceeds the Speed of Light. The curved "catcher mit" arms are also moving levers that magnifies the force of the balls to pull against a shared electrical generator up above => which generator provides the electric supply for the next double solenoid fire. OK, so the two balls are traveling away from each other then simultaneaously encounter the curved arms and are turned upward. What this means is some of the force goes into the curved arms but the remaining propulsion speed has the balls heading upward still very fast. At some point the balls pass through a magnetizing field before reaching a similarly charged strike plate. With the moving balls having the same charge as the strike plate, and given that like charges repel, this in theory makes for an upward-slamming:
that makes magnetic fuel "on-the-fly" (as needed). Balls bounce off and return back to the next solenoid fire positions, which solenoids cannot fire til both balls depress a double contact switch, firing at exactly the same time for zero recoil [and also zero lost energy]. Lacking a picture or video presentation makes this difficult to visualize? No. Stand up, stick your elbows out to your sides and curve your arms then raise and lower the elbows. That is your "catcher mit arms". Like breathing in and out, this engine is found in our human form and also old-timey blacksmith bellows aka "prior art" way, way back.
For those of you who saw my Millenial Dawn engine that was online from 11/10/2005 to March 2010 this is that engine adapted for producing enough upper thrust to counter the downward force of gravity. The other anti-gravity system based upon the hard work of Nikolai Tesla is different from this one & has not been released as of September 2010.
